To sign up for the Whole-Body test review, complete the online registration form and payment. After registering, our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment at one of our convenient locations in Centennial, Thornton, or Longmont, Colorado.

Our Yearly review includes 103 different tests, and the Semi-Annual review includes 60 tests. These tests cover a wide range of health indicators, including cardiovascular, metabolic, and hormonal assessments, among others. You can view a detailed list of tests included in each review on our website.

Yes, the $555 price covers all the tests included in either the Yearly or Semi-Annual review. There is a one-time $25 setup fee. You have the option of receiving a Results Interpretation Report for each set of tests, which is offered for $50 twice a year.

Yes, you can use your HSA/FSA funds to pay for our services.

Membership and Appointments

Yes, we do not currently allow memberships to be shared.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please contact us via email to initiate the cancellation process. Note that we do not offer refunds for prior payments.

Yes, all tests included in your membership must be used within the year. They do not carry over to subsequent years.

Not at this time. You can add additional tests noted as add-ons on our site, but we are not considering exclusions at this time.

Tests and Results

You can schedule a re-test or an on-demand test by calling our locations at (720) 712-8100 or texting us directly. Once we confirm your first appointment, you will receive a confirmation text that you can use.

Privacy and Data

Yes, you have full control over your health data. You can request to delete your data at any time. However, please note that once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Yes, of course. Your data and information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless you have authorized us to.
