Body Health Terms of Service

Welcome to Colorado Whole Body Health (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (the “Site”) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Colorado Whole Body Health will provide the services to perform the blood draw for your tests and provide the results back to you through our portal. We can also provide you a Results Interpretation Report (RIR) at your request, where your results will be feedback into a database made up of hundreds of thousands of patients to develop a set of findings from your labs and recommendations. Your RIR is not developed or reviewed by a doctor. The content on our Site is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Site and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the Site or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Site.

4. Appointments and Cancellations Appointments for services may be scheduled through our Site. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least [insert time frame] notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
